Twilio and Wordpress integrated softphone app for Android and iPhone

I need an iPhone and Android app built that integrates Twilio with a user interface that is like a normal phone for voice calling and SMS. It is for in house use at our business to manage customer calls and SMS. Similar to Skype or Toktiv functionality using Twilio, and integrating with Wordpress for user to sign in and to assign default phone number.
