Troubleshoot Android App Crash on Play Store

We have a Progressive Web App that works fine on our local VisualStudio 4.0, but it crashes when downloaded from Google Play Store. It crashes immediately.

Please note:
- The app simply calls our website and is basically a PWA
- It has only 1 activity
- we will be sharing the manifest and gridle.
