Translator app Android/IOS

I want to develop an android app for translation, it should do multiple type of translation i.e., text to speech, soeech to text, image to every other form and so on. If you can develop it for ios along side with Android then its a plus point. For the reference itself you can refere this type of app https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.nekee.transalator
