Traccar Setup & Custom App Development

I'm seeking an expert to set up Traccar on a Windows system using Docker and VS Code, alongside some extensive customization of both Android and iOS Client/Manager apps. In particular, I need new features added to the apps, specifically real-time notifications.

Key Tasks:
- Traccar Server Setup: You will need to enable public HTTPS access for secure connections and integrate a fully functional SMS Gateway
- Custom Mobile Apps: You will need to modify the Client and Manager apps by changing logos and colors (which I have ready) and adding new features
- Deliverables: I require APK and IPA files for testing

The project is time-sensitive, with a deadline of 3 working days.

Payment Structure:
- 50% Milestone 1: Successful setup of Traccar Server and SMS Gateway
- 50% Milestone 2: Delivery of fully functional, modified mobile apps
