Tournament App Critical Issues Fix

I am seeking a skilled freelancer to help resolve critical issues in our tournament app. The app allows users to create teams and challenge other teams within a user-friendly interface. Currently, we are facing two major problems:

- Notification Issue: When a user creates or challenges a team, notifications are not being triggered or displayed properly.
- Performance Issue: The app experiences lags and crashes after a certain period of use, severely affecting the user experience.

The app is built exclusively for Android and I have full access to the source code and backend. The app utilizes both push and in-app notifications.
