I am seeking an experienced developer or team to create an IPTV application that mirrors the functionalities of TiviMate. Additionally, a web portal is required for managing the app, specifically for loading Stalker playlists using device MAC addresses.


1. Tivimate app

Provide me an Android application that provides streaming capabilities same as TiviMate app with my logo and title,

You can use public source in github, but need to combine webportal

2. Web Portal:

Design and create a web-based management panel that allows users to:
Input MAC addresses and load corresponding Stalker playlists.
View and manage user accounts and playlists.
Monitor usage statistics for devices.

I wants to have a web panel that he can use with the app that allows me to load a stalker playlist just by knowing the MAC of the device.
