Timeclock/Scheduler/Location and hyperlink in notes
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am looking for a program that will do the following
I need a calendar program that I can schedule jobs at customers locations.
I basically need it to do the following
1.
Able to click the address and bring it up in google maps/navigation
2.
Punch in and punch out option with geofencing when they get to a job locations and report it back to home base
3.
Add attendee's to a meeting which assigns them the job
4.
Mobile phone (android and IOS) supported with Windows application to schedule everything
5.
The most important thing is ability to attach a hyperlink to the document for their notes which is stored on google drive
6.
Also for the time reporting, ability to spit out hours per week worked for each worker. There are only 3 workers but need it to be able to support 20 or so at most
No one makes a program that does all of this
The attachment is currently what I am using which is google calendar and google drive
This program doesn't have to be fancy at all, just need to it work very easily.
