Ticket Platform (Website and mobile app)
Budget: $5,000 – $10,000 USD
I am starting a company that will be promoting live music events. I want a ticket platform that consist of a Website, Android and IOS that utilizes affiliate marketing.
Description – I need this project to be done as simple as possible. Only what is needed for the following functions and nothing more unless it is needed. I know there are a lot ways to do this so the answer is always as simple as possible. I don’t really have a budget but do have money. This is a open bid project so please give your best price and your best service. Also all lumps sum bids should be for me to own the code. However, I am open to any deal structure as long as it is a win-win for both sides. So please don’t bid to have me pay for the entire construction of the application, and then pay you a monthly fee based on my gross revenue. Or at least explain your point of view well. I am open to higher monthly payments instead of a huge sum up front. I would like to spend less up front to get started since getting money from the customer and putting it in my account, I do want to continue the relationship since I will be requesting a ton of updates and more functionality almost constantly. So an Alpha and Beta type procedure is what I was thinking. Please see bullet list below.
I want the site to be like Ebay’s set up.
I would like it be easy to sign up for then create links to the event sales page.
I want the links to be very marketable looking. Maybe just like the events poster.
I want the app to be able to scan tickets in at the gate that were purchased on the internet
I want the events to be listed on one page and show the city where they are. Like Bands in Town site.
Obviously email confirmation that is the ticket with the a link already created if possible. So that would be the second place to get a link.
I would like the links to have unlimited clicks and be able to make as many links as possible.
I would like the site to be able to measure user traffic on the main page, event page and the cart.
I would like a function where I can have control of when I say the event is sold out. I would like to see the numbers of who wanted to go but was turned away due to no tickets being left.
I would to have a secondary market page. The scalper page is another description.
I would like the commission to be adjustable and also to be paid ASAP to utilize instant gratitude to help spur the events to continue posting links all over the internet and social media.
I would like secure payments and I want to money to appear in my account ASAP. If doing a weekly pay day for commissions and the compony is simpler than that is good with me.
I would like a page on the site to be where the company can post links to websites that the event needs a presence.
I would like to website to have as little writing as possible since 90 percent of people don’t read anything over a sentence. LOL
I would like the events to be able to have different pricing tiers.
Is there a way to make posting new events very simple on the front or back end? We are going to be doing a lot of events.
Also I need this totally done by January 1st .
Any other thoughts are welcome. Please bid a price and not a bull shit low number to get a video chat “to understand what I want”. Look at all the items above. I think I covered everything I want. Remember add to it if needed but keep the application simple as possible. I want the platform to be easy to use for all demographics.
I don’t have mock ups or anything else other than the logo. Also if there is generic fine print then lets start there. Live Nation would be good source for stuff like that. They are huge and know what they are doing.
