Threads (new meta app) media downloader mobile app

I am looking to hire a Freelancer to create an Android app for me. The main purpose of the app is to download Threads ( instagram's new app) media. I do not have a specific list of features or functions that I require, but rather a general idea of what I would like the app to be able to do. I don't mind cross platform solutions like Flutter or React Native, you can also use native languages like Kotlin and Swift, let me know your proposal for any platform. feel free to submit a proposal. It should be simple steps:

-Copy link of threads post
-paste that link in the app
-tap on download button
-the UI will also be simple just like most of the video downloader apps so nothing complicated.

and media gets downloaded in the device.
