Third Person shooter Android and PC

Hi,
We are finding a game development team or a game developer to create a third-person shooter multiplayer game on Android. We were hoping you could create a small shooting game that only includes 3 vs 3 deathmatches and a lobby scene.
This is our game design document and the idea of the game. We also listed what plug-in and SDK we bought for you to combine them for the development.
