The driver of audio recording in USB microphone for Android APP

We are looking for a USB audio driver that can use the USB microphone connecting an android phone to build a recording app.
Most Android apps only support the highest 48000Hz sampling rate in apps that uses USB microphone. Although software can record a 96000 Hz sampling rate in the audio file, there would be only half response of frequency(0-24k Hz is a normal stage, but 24-48kHz is blocked)
So, we would like to use your USB audio driver with these functions:
1. A demo app that can test these functions, and provide the one of source code/ SDK/ API (the chosen one may depend on the price).
2. The code can search and approve the USB microphone when the mic plugs into the phone.
3. The code can adjust the sampling rate (up to 96000Hz or more), and record the real sound higher than 24kHz.
4. 16 or 24 bits, audio file (wav or mp3), channel (mono or stereo), etc.
5. The code can support android 9 (and higher).
