Temple Festival Donation & GPS App

I'm seeking an experienced mobile app developer to create an Android & iOS application for a temple festival. This app should have the following key functionalities:
- Donation functionality: Users should be able to donate to the temple via the app.
- Live GPS tracking: The app should integrate with a dedicated GPS tracker for real-time tracking of our chariot during the festival.
- Payment integration: The app needs to be plugged into local Malaysian banks as well as international payment systems.
- Prayers collection: A feature to collect prayers from users would be beneficial.
