AI Telephone Service to make customer service calls for customers

I am looking for an AI telephone service that can perform the following tasks:
Make a phone call, recognize and answer prompts, enter data into prompts, answer both by sending sound tone of pressing buttons, as well as using voice to answer prompts, recognize when a live operator has connected and to tell them what this call is about and answer any personal details and verify that they are the right person that we need to connect to and connect the person to the operator in real time.
The ideal candidate will be able to develop an app that uses AI to make customer service calls and connect to live operators. You must have experience building similar apps and own code that does something similar and where you have built something similar already.
