Telemedicine Platform (Flutter + Laravel + Mobile Money Integration)

I'm launching a telemedicine platform called Furakan in Mali, based on two existing templates I have :
Furakan Flutter App (Patient & Doctor App)
Furakan Admin Panel & Backend (Laravel)
I need a developer to customize the app for the Malian healthcare context. This includes localization, mobile money integration, a virtual coin wallet system, and some logic changes around booking and payments.
Tasks to Complete
1. Mobile Money Integration
- Replace Stripe with Orange Money
- Integrate payments in both doctor app(subscription fees) and patient app (coin purchases for consultations).
2. Virtual Coin Wallet System
- Users can buy virtual coins using mobile money.
- Coins are used to:
- Book consultations
- Pay for quick advice (chat-based)
- Pay monthly subscriptions (doctors)
- Add coin balance display to both patient and doctor apps.
- Implement escrow logic:
- 50% coins locked at booking
- Remaining 50% deducted after consultation
- Add refund logic (refund coins to wallet, not mobile money).
3. Doctor Withdrawal System
- In doctor app: “Withdraw Earnings” feature.
- In admin panel: manage withdrawal requests (mark as paid).
- Manual or automated mobile money payouts.
4. Localization (Malian Context)
- Translate UI text into French (I’ll provide translations).
- Add Bambara audio playback (provided or text-to-speech).
- Add static emergency contacts and first-aid content tailored to Mali.
5. Prescription System Update
- Allow doctors to upload a stamp + signature to generate prescription PDFs.
- Add QR code for pharmacy verification.
- Add medication list with name, image, French description, and Bambara audio.
6. Other modifications
- Add specialty filtering (GP vs Specialist).
- Slight redesign of onboarding and homepage to fit Furakan’s structure.
- Ensure compatibility with low-bandwidth users (optimize images, cache static data).
Deliverables
- Fully customized Flutter Doctor + Patient app (ready for Android and ios)
- Updated Laravel admin panel with withdrawal management
- Mobile money + wallet system functioning end-to-end
- Basic testing with real accounts
- Clear documentation for future updates
