I need an experienced Android developer to create a straightforward Telegram viewer app for tablets. This app will only allow access to a select few Telegram channels (5-10), all other features will be restricted.
Key Project Aspects:
- The app should run on Android (API 21+) and cater specifically for tablets.
- The programming language could either be Java or Kotlin.
- I prefer utilizing TDLib or an open-source adaptation of Telegram (like DrKLO/Telegram).
