Project Overview
We have compiled a detailed requirements document (attached as PDF). In short, the project links a Telegram community with our VPN service:
Telegram Bot incentives — daily check-ins and referrals grant VPN time.
Android client — adds a Bind/Unbind Telegram-ID page, shows balances, and talks to new APIs.
Backend APIs — dual time-balance logic (paid vs promo), device-fingerprint enforcement, VPN auth endpoint.
Web admin panel — user/device management, CMS block, auditing & manual time adjustments.
