Technical Consultant for Android POS App, Sports Betting Platform

We are looking for an experienced Technical Consultant to support and advise us on an ongoing software development project related to a sports betting platform.
This is not a development role, but a consulting, review, and oversight role to help us make informed technical and commercial decisions
We are a sports betting company operating in the East Africa since 2017. We currently run a retail betting network using a Windows-based system and are now expanding into a new Android POS-based betting solution
As part of this expansion, we are working with an external software developer and would like independent technical guidance to ensure the project is delivered correctly, efficiently, and in a scalable manner.
