So what I am working on is an education reader platform for free android tablets. In order to stop the tablets getting stolen, I want to disable google play and any other method of downloading apks to these tablets except through our own digital distribution platform for this.
Things I would like to know is how does Google Play and Android prevent downloading/installation from unknown sources etc, if someone else has built something similar, and other technology related to this
