Taxi Video Ad Android App Development

I'm looking for a talented android developer to create a simple Android application for displaying video advertisements on a tablet device inside a taxi in Oslo, Norway. This project is crucial as it's part of the pilot phase of a new digital advertising platform.

Key requirements:
- The app should be capable of displaying video advertisements
- It needs to support receiving updates remotely via the internet

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proven experience in Android app development
- Familiarity with designing apps for digital advertising
- Ability to implement remote update functionality
Functionalities:

Automatic display of advertisements in a loop (images and/or video)

Ability to update content via Wi-Fi or mobile network

Admin panel or integration with Google Sheet for content management

Offline mode for displaying the last uploaded advertisements

Fullscreen display without distractions

Automatic launch of the application when the device is turned on

Technical requirements:

Target device: Android tablet (10.1", min. Android 9)
