Tariff Refund Error Checker
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a small application whose single purpose is to analyse a submitted tariff-refund request and tell me exactly why that request would be—or has been—rejected. When I paste in, upload, or otherwise point the tool to an application file / reference, it should parse the data, run the same validations the authority uses, and return a clear list of blocking errors (missing fields, wrong codes, format issues, etc.) together with a short explanation for each one.
I have not fixed a platform yet, so feel free to recommend Web, Android, iOS, or even a lightweight desktop build as long as the result is quick to access and easy to update when rules change. No complex user-management is required at this stage; a simple protected front door or token is enough.
Deliverables
• Working application with intuitive input form or file-upload section
• Error report screen (and optional export to PDF/CSV) showing each detected issue
• Source code and brief “how to deploy / how to update rules” note
I am looking for a straightforward, well-documented solution rather than an extensive multi-module system, so please propose the stack you feel will get us there fastest while remaining maintainable.
