Tablet Barcode & Save

I need a very simple web app to show a client an idea we have. This is not going to be used and is for a one time demo so basic deployment is fine.
You will need to have experience accessing the android tablet camera via web, reading a barcode then extracting the numbers. Once this is done it should be saved and also emailed to a fixed address.
I don’t really mind how you put this together so you can use any of the free libraries out there for functionality. It needs to be presentable but happy to use bootstrap / tailwind as a framework to make it look decent.
This is a really quick project and will only take someone experience a couple of hours, I need this ready for tomorrow so please don't bid if its all new to you or you can't start now.
