Support to design a python app (Kivy) on android getting data from BLE sensor.

We need support to create a mobile app on Android devices based on Python and the Kivy framework. The app has a simple GUI, just it gets temperature data from a BLE sensor, embedded in advertising packets. Then it create a record adding GPS lat lon and timestamp and the sends the data over UDP protocol to a dedicated UDP server. We need to set up the environment, the code and the apk for Android.
