I'm looking for a skilled freelancer or team to build a startup platform that helps students easily find nearby PGs, hostels, and tiffin services.

Essential Features:
- Responsive website and mobile app (Android first, iOS optional later)
- Location-based listing of PGs and hostels, prioritized by nearest distance
- Filters for price range, distance from college, and food type
- User login/sign-up via mobile number with OTP (for both students and service providers)
- Rating and review system
- In-app chat or contact option
- Admin panel to manage listings
- Clean and modern UI/UX
- SEO-friendly website structure
- Scalable backend (preferably Node.js + MongoDB / Firebase)
- Payment gateway integration (optional, for future scaling)

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in mobile app development (Android)
