Stock Control app using Android, Ionic and Zebra

I need an experienced developer to create a stock control app using Ionic and Android Studio that uses a Zebra barcode scanning hardware and the Zebra DataWedge API.

The back end is SQL server, and the app will communicate via a http API (which I can write, or you can).

I also want you to set up Android Studio on my workstation so I can debug and extend the app.

Looking for a dedicated freelancer who can bring this project to life efficiently and effectively.

You will need access to a Zebra TC26 device or similar device that supports Zebra DataWedge to work on this project.

I'm familiar with SQL and C# and have some knowledge of Typescript, Angular and Ionic which is why I've chosen this stack.
I need your help to set up my dev environment! because there will inevitably be regular minor changes to the business logic and UI and I want to be able to do these myself.
In future (if you want this hassle!) I'll feed these changes thru to you, so we will put everything under source control.

In addition to a PC-based front-end,

Stock Take: scan batch barcode, location, type in quantity
Stock Movement: scan batch, location, scan new location, type in quantity
Enquire: scan product or batch or location barcode, see a list of batches and locations
Book into works order: scan batch and location, scan works order, type quantity.
(There are various special locations for quarantined/find weigh stock)
Receive goods (but not in this phase… this is handled by a desktop app)
Despatch batches of finished goods

There are rules to say which if the user is asked to confirm various operations. These will be implemented in the back-end, so the api might have a CanMoveStock and DoMoveStock api call.

We'll have to provide defaults for some of these operations (Would you like to assign 20kg of chilli flakes to this works order?)

Either you or I can provide the http API, but I will provide the SQL code that queries and updates the database.

The client has 12 Zebra TC26 devices and will soon get another 20, but of the next model. You will need one of these devices or similar.

We can configure DataWedge to suit the app..

We don't have to work offline

All permissions will be controlled by the back-end. Currently all users have the same rights but we will want to pass the user ID back to the API for logging.
