I'm seeking a developer to create a simple panner test application or website to assess stereo audio balance for headphones or speakers. You can choose to build either a web app, an Android app, or both.

Core Requirements:
- Panning control options: left, center, right using buttons or slider.

UI Elements:
- Play/Pause button
- Left-Center-Right pan buttons or slider

Deliverables:
- Full source code (HTML/CSS/JS or Android Studio project)
- Working app or hosted website link for testing
- Instructions for deployment/run
