Step by Step Guidance with Video Sessions to build an Andoid App with Google Maps functionality.

I am looking for an experienced Android app developer who can provide step by step guidance and video sessions to help me build an Android app with Google Maps functionality.
The project will involve Sessions by Video Conference where we work in collaboration and where you help me develop my ideas into something tangible, beginning with the creation of some mock-ups.

Skills and Experience:
- Advanced level experience in building Android apps
- Ability to provide detailed guidance and support throughout the app development process
- Proficiency in integrating Google Maps functionality into Android apps

Design:
- I have a rough idea of the design for the app, but I am open to suggestions and input from the developer

Functionality:
- The main functionality I am looking for in the Google Maps integration is basic location tracking
