Standalone Android Siri-Type Virtual Assistant App

I'm looking for a simple, small, standalone Android app that functions as a Siri-type talking virtual assistant. The app should take orders for calling someone from my contacts list, sending messages via WhatsApp Web, cleaning the house, and ordering coffee and pastries from my in-house pantry.
