Sports Live Streaming App

We are looking for experienced developers to develop Sports Live Streaming App on Android.
If you have already developed live streaming app, only then you should apply for this project, otherwise don't waste my time.
Payment will be made in milestones but for starting the work, no milestone will be released.
After finishing the work, you will have to make the app live on Playstore and handover the release key to us and source code of the app will be our property.
There will be
Admin Panel on Web
Customer Panel
Master Account.

Admin should be able to create any number of masters, masters should have the authority to create any number of users.
Admin should have the rights to block or unblock any master or any user any time.
Master can block or unblock any user anytime.
You will have to integrate live streaming api on the app, we will not provide anything.
App will work on subscription model. If amount is paid then only it will be upgraded from free to premium plan.
Plans should have validity.
Once that duration or amount is exhausted then app will not work.
