Spark Android SDK Offline Message Delay with Openfire server -- 2

I'm encountering a significant issue with my Openfire server and the Android SDK Spark. When users reconnect after being offline, messages are being delivered with a considerable delay, often taking several minutes or more. This problem is affecting the user experience and needs urgent attention.

Key issues
Sometimes messages do not get received.
- Messages being delivered with a delay upon reconnection

Offline msgs read recipient doesn't show, means no ticks received
Random Offline msgs getting skipped after turning-on internet and xmpp connection establishes
