Software to reconstruct an image that has been split into 2 to 4 parts

From an initial image of an object divided into 2 to 4 parts, the software must reconstruct the object in its original form and perform OCR on the resulting image.

We can use as an example a photo of a credit card that has been cut into two parts, with an image of these separate parts, the software should be able to reassemble the card in its original form and perform an OCR of the credit card number.
The software can be in C or Java and run on a LINUX server or on an ANDROID solution for offline use.
