Software for Coaching Management

I am seeking a software developer for a custom software project. This software is intended to be used for coaching management and needs to include the features of Admin, Staff, Student, Fee, Attendance, Sms to Parents, Time Table, Salary, Expenses, Calendar, Etc. Additionally, I would like this software to be compatible with Windows devices & Android. Finally, I am looking to have this project completed in between 1-2 weeks.
