It is not a complicated task.
1) Use Google Maps and show only the special places that I want on the map
2) The user can give feedback or comments for those places
3) It should be connected to the external database so that the information is stored there
4) In special conditions that are announced (based on users' feedback), the notification message will be announced to the users who are around that place within a determined radius.
5) It is possible to transfer that location to programs such as Map, Waze, etc.
6) User-friendly UI is important
7) Output for Android and IOS
8) Since I have no knowledge of mobile programming, the database should be an external sql server if possible
Conditions:
1) The program must be designed with Xamarin
2) The complete source should be provided without any coding
3) Under no circumstances should the source be offered anywhere and be exclusive.
