- User Registration and Login: This is to ensure only society residents can access the app.
- UPI Payment Integration: To simplify and automate the payment process.
- Society Members Directory: Containing accurate records of all residents.
- Identification of Tenants and Owners: This requires uploading of identification documents, residents self-declaration, and integration with our existing property management system.
- Email and SMS Reminders: Sent monthly, before the maintenance due date.
