Social marketplace app with flutter iOS/Android

I'm looking to develop a social marketplace app that allows users to create a social media profile as well as to buy, swap and sell items online.
The app is focused on positive community ethics and will verify users as thoroughly as possible to prevent scam sellers.
The application must be cloud-based and support C2C and B2C workflows without limitations
