I'm in need of a Java-based Android application that can monitor employee attendance based on their geographic location (coordinates), specifically limited to the city of Riyadh. The app should log attendance for employees utilizing their unique employee numbers, which are kept in an Excel file.

Key Features:
- Real-time location tracking: The application should be able to track the real-time location of employees to confirm their attendance.
- Daily attendance summary: The app should provide a summary of attendance on a daily basis.
- Notify the manager of incorrect entries: If an employee's attendance is recorded incorrectly, the app should alert the manager.

In addition, the app should maintain a record of past attendance for the last month. The ideal candidate for this project should be proficient in Java and have prior experience in developing Android applications. Understanding of location tracking technologies and experience with data handling from Excel files will be beneficial. The project is time-sensitive, with a requirement for completion within 2 days using android studio.
