Smart parking with blockchain.

Hello,

I want to build a smart parking application which consist of the following.

Land owners can rent their unused land for parking.
Blockchain to secure the renting of the land to keep track.

-use of computer vision to identify and count number of parking available.
-show nearest parking available using google map.
- customer can book a free parking space

-secure payment transaction
I want to do it in python

Maybe there will be two dashboard, 1 for land owners and the other for customers.
