Smart glasses (android) app with video streaming and geofencing

I want to develop a smart glasses app that will be loaded on an android device (essentially the smart glasses controller) and load a set of geofences along with video urls and other metadata from an API. It will then download and cache the video files and play them when within the specific geofence and on the correct orientation (defined by 2 coordinates that define a plane on which the video would play). when exiting the geofence, or the orientation is not correct, the video stops. Additionally the user can stop/play/replay the video via simple on screen UI. This is a simple 2D video projection on the FoV of the user via the smart glasses, not 3D. The API endpoints will be provided.
