I'm seeking an experienced software developer to create an operating software for a smart parcel locker cabinet. The software should have several key features and compatibility requirements.

Key Features:
- Ability to send and receive SMS and allow locker operation
- Capability to scan with 1D / 2D & QR code readers
- Functionality to open locker doors and recognize lockers in use

Compatibility:
- This software needs to work on both Android and Windows platforms.

User Authentication:
- The software should support Password/PIN as the method of user authentication.

Communication:
- The software should communicate with users via Email and SMS.

Ideal Skills:
- Proficient in cross-platform software development, particularly for Android and Windows.
- Experience with developing software for hardware interaction, specifically for parcel lockers.
