I'm seeking a developer to create a dual-platform app (iOS and Android) for controlling smart locks. This app should include essential features like remote locking/unlocking, scheduling access times, and receiving notifications on lock status.

Key Features:
- Control smart locks: The primary purpose of this app is to manage smart locks.
- Multi-platform: The app should be compatible with both iOS and Android.
- Essential Lock Control Functionalities: The app should enable users to lock/unlock remotely, schedule access times, and receive notifications on the status of the lock.

1. To be able to create a code of x digits to open the locks from/to from/to
2. We need to be notified when a customer makes the 1st access to the room
3. to know if the gateways are online or offline
4. to know if the locks are online or offline
5. if the codes are all loaded 6. to delete a code
7. to change a date and/or time code

and other functions that can be used to manage the locks

Ideal Skills and Experience:
