Smart Crosswalk ground turthing GNSS app

Looking for developer to implement a mobile app on android and IOS to collect raw GPS data whenever a phone is within 100 meters of a smart intersection. Periodically, send data to a sever and post process it with RTKlib.

Android raw GNSS data code and client server code available for modification.

Will also need some real-time pedestrian safety alerts and transit rider features.
