Small Interactive Web App on Android

I'm seeking a skilled Android developer to create a small mobile application. The app will primarily use a Web View to present interactive content from a web application.

Key Requirements:
- The app should allow in-app browser navigation for a seamless user experience.
- It must include push notifications to keep users updated.
- Developed in Kotlin,
- It should be able to open a UPI-based intent / or a UPI app.
- Should be able to handle explicit intent like (PDF / Image Opening via other installed app)
- Should show a refresh page and a progress bar below the appbar.
- Webview should be able to handle jQuery.
- It should monitor internet connectivity in the background. If the Internet is not there, it will show a warning of No Internet.
- The app should be crash-proof. and connected with Firebase.
