Skincare Tips & Communication App

I'm looking for a reliable and experienced developer to create a mobile app for both iOS and Android platforms. This app is primarily for individual customers who are utilizing our skincare products.
The app needs to have the following features:
- A communication channel where users can reach out to us about their skincare queries and feedback.
- An image upload function for users to share their skin conditions/treatment progress.
- An algorithm or system to make product recommendations and skincare tips that match the users' data and input.
Freelancers bidding on this project ideally should have:
- Experience in image processing or familiarity working with similar apps.
- Strong background in e-commerce app development.
- An understanding or interest in skincare, though not mandatory, would be a plus.
- Excellent communication skills.
