Situation sidewinder

I would like to automate a website and mobile application to create small cards that have random numbers assigned to multiple tasks (looks like excel spreadsheet). The customer should be able to select amount of tasks and number of boxes on website and application. Similar to this site https://www.nevermissasign.com/
I would also like to save account info to a database so previous cards can be brought back up on website. I do have additional tasks that will follow but for phase 1 I would like to complete this portion.
