Single vendor app for both ISO and Android

I am looking for a reliable freelancer to develop a single vendor ecommerce mobile app for both iOS and Android platforms. The app should include features like user registration/login, product listing, and payment gateway integration, Delivery status ,etc. My target timeline for completion of the app is 1-3 months.
