Single-Property Booking App Build - 05/02/2026 18:20 EST

I own a 4BHK farmhouse that I rent out as a single listing and I’m ready to turn the entire reservation flow into a smooth mobile experience on both iOS and Android.

What the guest will see
The user app should open with rich photos of the house, show amenities like the private pool and bathtub, and display real-time availability. Guests sign in only through phone-number OTP, pick their dates, pay inside the app, and get an instant confirmation.

What I need behind the scenes
I’ll run everything from an admin panel that lets me add or block dates, adjust rates, and see guest details at a glance. The moment a booking is made, modified, or cancelled, a WhatsApp notification must hit my phone so I never miss an update.

Payments
Please integrate a secure gateway that supports direct card and UPI payments for Indian guests. If you already have a preferred provider, mention it; otherwise I’m open to suggestions that keep fees reasonable.
