Simple webview app with push notifications for Android and iOS
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have a working web app already and I need to publish it to Android and iOS and support push notifications.
The task is the following:
1. Make a simple hybrid app in your favorite framework. Probably Cordova, Ionic, Flutter or React Native. (Not Expo or any other paid service)
2. Show a web app in a web view (the web app is already done and fully working on mobile)
3. Allow the web app to call the hybrid app to prompt the user to accept push notifications.
4. Register the notification id with WonderPush
5. Send the notification id to the web app so it can be saved on the user.
6. I will then confirm that I can send notifications to specific users through WonderPush
7. Finally, instruct me how to set up the development environment on my Mac and build for Android and iOS to upload to Play and App Store.
I am looking for someone who knows exactly how to do this and for whom this won't take long. This is not scoped to be a full app development project but only to basically set up a wrapper app that points to an existing app that already works on mobile.
