Simple native Android app for background Bluetooth data receiving, buffering and uploading via Internet

The app with minimal user interface (ID input only) establish Bluetooth low energy connection with peripheral device, sends time synchronization data and starts to receive a stream of data. Data has to be buffered in smartphone, then send to cloud storage via Internet (e.g. Google Drive).
