Simple mobile app for medicine alerts and notifications

We need a simple mobile app for android and iOS. Following features are required
1. User registration
2. OTP authentication
3. Add medicines for which alerts required
4. Upload and manage prescriptions
5. Set reminders/ alerts for medicines along with number of days
6. Alerts for medicine refills
Database to be created in MongoDB and use of AWS services for all transactions.
We will provide figma file for functionality Need your ideas to design easy to use and creative app.
