Simple game for android with admob account

I want to create simple game for android system that includes the following features
1) login using google
2) buy tokens
3) monthly subscriptions
4) the game must be accepted by google play store
5) the game must be connected with google pay method to collect payments

The uploading to google play and connecting with google pay is required

You have the choice the select the game methodology and other stuff
