Simple Song Request Web & Mobile App

I need a simple song request application that will be accessible from Web, iOS, and Android platforms. The primary functionalities of the app will revolve around song requests, with a focus on user-friendliness and simplicity.

What i want is, so the musician creates and account, in that account they put all the songs they do, Song name and artist.
Then, the public scan a qr code that the musician shows, this takes them to his page and shows current play list, then then can search, or pick a song, put in their nickname, and email (optional for offers)
The musician then sees the songs, and can remove off the list when he does them.
Also it needs to do logging, of songs played, songs picked, searches (songs not found), songs skipped.
So we can do research after what people want.
